In 2019, University of the Fraser Valley students recognized the need for improved financial literacy amongst the youth in the community. This led to them creating the Big Brain Literacy Program as a part of Enactus UFV’s student-led projects. This free service is made up of a team of student volunteers who develop and deliver workshops, in order to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to prepare for their futures.

BBLP's mission is to provide free and accessible financial education to the youth in order to empower and prepare them for their futures. With a wide selection of services, we strive to have plenty of options available in order to reach as many students as we can.
Our vision is to have a community where students have the financial knowledge required to make informed decisions for their future, regardless of their background, education level or economic status. With our free program and student volunteers, we envision a community in which financial education and resources are widely available for all.
